Some members have been asking; “where is my new benefit card?”
This year, there were no plan changes that required issuing new cards with different information. So, it was not necessary to issue new 2017 cards for everyone.
There will be new cards issued if you are new to the plan, or have a change in dependents. Your employer will make that request with their notice to our enrollment department.
If you happen to lose your card and need a replacement, you can request one through the contact page on our website, or by calling the Trust administrative offices at 800.777.3603.
